Below are some of our most Frequently Asked Questions. If you have something new to ask, please feel free to contact us.

  • The Foundation will book hotel accommodations. If there is a confirmation number we will include that in the travel details receive before the meeting. Not many of our venues have confirmation numbers. You just use your last name.
  • Travel details with airport transfer details for arrivals and hotel confirmations- if there are any will be sent out the week before the meeting once we have all the abstracts and information to send.
  • Departure details will be in the meeting packet they receive upon arrival at the meeting.
  • We DO NOT send out the scientific agenda before the meeting. That will be in the meeting packet they receive upon arrival. There is a general program in the meeting package sent out and on the website.
  • Frequently airport transfer is provided by volunteers. Please be patient on receiving this informaiton. We will send it out before the meeting.
  • We do not cover homeside airport transport, meals while traveling to and from the meeting or any incidentals. So please don’t send us receipts. Participants receive a travel allowance check at the end of the meeting or book directly with our travel agent.
