Please familiarize yourself with our policies and procedures for travel. We truly appreciate you taking the time to participate in this forum. As you make your plans, please remember that we are a nonprofit organization dependent on donations and volunteers, so we do NOT pay for upgrades, change fees, incurred costs resulting from a flight change or incidentals.

Airport Information

See your forum email for your specific airport pick up and departure schedule but to help keep costs down on airport transfers we try to have participants arrive during certain times. These times can change based on the forum time and location. The forum confirmation email, as well as forum detail page on our website will have the most up-to-date information.

Spring 2025 Forums

If you have been invited to a spring 2025 Forum, please fill out the travel confirmation form below. It is helpful for you to have all your information ready before filling out the form: Travel Confirmation PDF from your travel provider which shows flight information and total cost of your ticket, flight numbers, arrival and departure times, if applicable, and reimbursement information.  It is recommended to fill out this form on a laptop or desktop computer.
